Thats great.... We really require find out that of these three what needs to be changed for an amicable sync. 1. Whether boss needs to push the target in tolerable doses ? 2. Whether target requires re-assessment ? 3. or 'YOU' need to be 'THICK SKINNED' against the target & the boss as well ???
